  I was thinking more of a situation where one party contracts with the other to supply blue parts for X value from the purchaser, and the funds are deposited into the contract.…

  What happens if there are arguments on both sides (i.e. if there is partial compliance with the contract?) Would one side still get all funds held in the smart legal agreement…
