现在是吃面条鱼的时候,可是办公室里的小伙伴总会问这个咋做呀?他们觉得那么大点儿鱼不好收拾,不知道怎么吃,其实面条鱼做起来也是很鲜美的,而且想吃的话,我的做法就特别简单。
最普通的家常做法就是面条鱼煎鸡蛋,这样吃即保鲜,又快捷,而且保管你喜欢吃!
准备一斤面条鱼,用筛子过遍水,也就是用水投一下,其实面条鱼基本上挺干净的,但是为了安全,还是用水投一下。
然后打上4个鸡蛋,鸡蛋的量可以随意,多点少点看个人喜好。鸡蛋打散,放入盐,葱花,然后将面条鱼放进去,再加点玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀。
锅里放油,烧热的时候将鸡蛋和面条鱼放入锅中两面煎一下,快出锅的时候,放入青椒碎,或者韭菜提味儿,这样,简单好吃的面条鱼炒鸡蛋就好了。
其实面条鱼还有其他吃法,面条鱼炖荠菜,面条鱼炖小萝卜缨都很好吃, 春天吃起来特别鲜,大家都可以尝试一下,说不定就成了你离不开的美食😉😋😋
