  Why? You just use the same supplier and place a different order for the new stores. They bill you more for that shipment. It’s really not that complicated.

  Weird, but it feels like you’d need two different supply chains to make that work. Yeah, that’s exactly what they’re saying exists. New locations get the "premium" chicken…
