As I sit in the office on a random Tuesday, I wonder ... what has made me want to come back to the developer fold? I have begun focusing more on programming languages, as well as scripting, so as to be able to assist on the greatest number of open source projects possible. Most of my computing knowledge in general has been self taught. For the better, I say, though not sure what everyone thinks of that. I know that there are some who insist on classroom training, and others who insist on self-learning. I would love for some sound offs in the comments.
Goals
My current goals are as follows; C#, PowerShell, PHP, and SQL (both regular SQL and the T-SQL dialect that Microsoft speaks). I have been using my time at work between calls very wisely, deciding to pick up tech books instead of novels. I find this rather productive, as I have so far grasped a good idea of PowerShell. There are parts of the language that I'm trying to wrap my head around, but I think I'll understand that in time.
