Hace rato estaba viendo el baúl de los recuerdos y encontré estas fotitos del año 2019, en el que me aventure a practicar eso que siempre quise, el Karate🥊🥋.
A while ago I was looking at the trunk of memories and I found these little photo of the year 2019, in which I ventured to practice what I always wanted, Karate🥊🥋.
Practique este deporte por 7 maravillosos meses, aunque me hubiera gustado que hubiesen sido más, pero por tema de la pandemia tuve que dejarlo lamentablemente.
I practiced this sport for 7 wonderful months, although I wish they had been more, but because of the pandemic I had to leave unfortunately.
El karate para mi siempre ha sido un deporte hermoso y más que eso su filosofía, siempre me llamó la atención porque enseña valores, enseña autodominio, respeto, educación, ser amable, y por el contrario como las personas tienen a pensar el karateka evita las confrontaciones, ya que no se trata de violencia su esencia sino de canalización de energía, de autoconfianza y autocontrol. Es de las cosas que más me gustaron de éste.
teaches self-control, respect, education, being kind, and on the contrary as people have to think karateka avoids confrontations, since it is not about violence its essence but about channeling energy, self-confidence and self-control. It's one of the things I liked most about this one.
Hay que ser disciplinado en los entrenamientos, en el aprendizaje y tener siempre en cuenta estos principios para ser un buen karateka.
You have to be disciplined in training, in learning and always keep in mind these principles to be a good karateka.
A decir verdad iba por buen camino, realmente lo disfrutaba mucho, los entrenamientos físicos, las técnicas, la teoría, era fascinante para mi. Espero en algún momento retomarlo, ya que nunca es demasiado tarde para hacer algo que te apasiona, algo que te gusta y algo que quieres.
To tell the truth I was on the right track, I really enjoyed it a lot, the physical training, the techniques, the theory, it was fascinating for me. I hope at some point to pick it up again, as it's never too late to do something you're passionate about, something you like and something you want.

En este maravilloso Dojo se practica lo que es el Karate Do Shitō-ryū, el cual se caracteriza por sus movimientos ágiles y precisos, su velocidad y técnica, no se enfoca en hacer movimientos abiertos y pesados, sino en hacerlos con rapidez y fuerza explosiva al final.

Así como también el Arte de la espada conocido como iaidō, conocido también como el arte de desenvainar y envainar la katana. Este artes es el arte que practicaban los samuráis. Y es el arte que me están viendo prácticar en las fotos;

También practique el arte del movimiento del cuerpo conocido como Taijitsu, este arte marcial se originó en Japón y al igual que su filosofía, y posee influencia occidental. Su origen histórico es sumamente interesante, les invito a que investigue un poco acerca de éste por su parte.
He also practiced the art of body movement known as Taijitsu, this martial art originated in Japan and like its philosophy, and has Western influence. Its historical origin is extremely interesting, I invite you to do some research on this one for your part.
Realmente fue una experiencia enriquesedora para mi haber practicado este maravilloso deporte

Gané muchas cosas tras la práctica de éste; disciplina, valores, técnicas, respeto, amor por lo que hago, constancia, perseverancia, educación, cultura, amigos, experiencia, fortaleza. Eso y mucho más se puede ganar al hacer un deporte, una disciplina o al cumplir con una pasión, por eso sin importar la edad, las circunstancias o cualquier otra cosa, hay que siempre intentar arriesgarse para poder ganar
