It's important to note that when we talk about personal triumphs, we're referring to achievements. These are the goals we've set over a specific period of time, which later lead to success. This gives us great satisfaction knowing we've achieved our desired objective. We must plan each step we take to reach the goal, which should be something we must work toward and strive to achieve. Different difficulties and obstacles will arise, which we must overcome.
One of these personal experiences was when my brother motivated me to study my second degree in education, where I studied on Fridays and Saturdays. It wasn't easy to adapt to this study modality, but it was an option for professionals who were working and wanted to obtain a university degree as a teacher, which I completed in three and a half years.
During my studies, I also got a job in public administration with a good salary, where I was able to buy some things, find the love of my life, and start a family. Today I have two beautiful children. I feel good about my family. Today, I have eighteen years of service. Despite the low salary, I enjoy my work as an educator, but I need a salary increase to be more motivated to work.
On the other hand, at a sporting level, I participated in running competitions in different states of Venezuela. This was a great success for me because my brother and I kept training constantly until we achieved good times in the 5k, 10k, 21k and even 30k distances. We met many runners who were the best in Venezuela. It was a very nice experience, with the whole sporting atmosphere that was felt in every competition we participated in.
Nowadays I no longer run, but I do go hiking, I like to climb the mountains and enjoy nature, every time I participate in a hike it is a personal challenge, that is, it is a competition with myself to improve every day the times I make on each route, which allows me to feel good health and enjoy every sporting moment with the companions who participate in this type of sports activities.
Ultimately, success isn't measured by the material things you've achieved, but by your behavior and how you relate to those around you, such as your family, friends, and coworkers. I pray that the work situation improves for the good of all.
