INGREDIENTES*
1kg de lomito
1/2 kg de limón
200gr de parmesano
1 taza de salsa pesto
100gr de alcaparra
Albahaca fresca
PREPARACION
1º Colocar en el fondo de una bandeja un poco de jugo de limón con una brocha.
2º Colocar el lomito en la bandeja y repasar con el limón.
3º Agregar sal y pimienta al lomito.
4º Aplicar la salsa pesto con una brocha.
5º Por último rociarla alcaparra, el queso parmesano y la albahaca. Llevar a la nevera, mientras mas tiempo se deje mejor queda la preparación.
