埋酒的小技巧

大家是否常听说,酒埋得越久越香 ...

这个埋酒是有小技巧的 ...

  1. 最好是粮食所酿造的酒
  2. 浓度要高,至少在50度以上
  3. 不能是勾兑过的酒
  4. 容器最好是陶罐,不能用玻璃瓶
  5. 密封要做得好
  6. 埋酒的深度要在1公尺以上
  7. 埋酒处要阴凉
  8. 埋酒处最好不会被雨给淋到
  9. 浓度越高的酒可埋越久,埋过久之后,口感反而会滑落

成功的埋酒,越陈越香、口感温和
失败的埋酒,口感变差、有酸臭味
