The bustling world we live in often takes a toll on us. The pressure of paying bills and meeting basic life demands consumes most of us, requiring us to stay busy with work on a daily basis. Life can be tough; when it's all about working to pay bills and cover basic expenses, it feels like we're living paycheck to paycheck. The feeling of working hard, only to see a significant portion of income going towards financial obligations, can be frustrating.
Without a side hustle or other avenues for extra income generation, it would mean living with only enough to cover immediate expenses. This is sad because there would be no room for savings and investment. Life should be enjoyable, but challenging economic situations can drain us everyday depriving us of the best life we could have.

If you find yourself in bustling cities with a high cost of living, the reality often demands a daily grind. Again, with increased prices of goods and services now, pursuing a desirable lifestyle necessitates substantial effort and financial commitment. Despite all the daily grind and commitments, the choices and mindset we adopt in navigating life's challenges matter.
Life can indeed be challenging for almost everyone, but it's crucial not to let it deprive us of the joys it offers. Our overall well-being is paramount, and the hectic pace of life can negatively impact our health. Remember, good health is true wealth. Despite life's stresses, making time for ourselves in the midst of all the demands is vital. Unfortunately, many focus more on the demands than their general well-being.
By taking proactive approaches or steps towards our general well-being, we can avoid most medical situations that often become hurdles nowadays to living a happier life. One thing we can do is practice self-care, which involves being intentional with practices that help improve our general health, including physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

Making time to relax can be a great stress reliever, exercising, spending time with family or friends, engaging in hobbies, and taking some time off work for personal enjoyment and relaxation are all essential for our well-being. These activities may not cost much, but they could cost much to our lives when we forgo them and instead focus only on the demands of life. So, even while there are demands to be met each day, there is also a life to be enjoyed. Knowing and learning how to strike a balance between work demands and self-care is always essential and important for good living.
Well said! We should learn to be alive, even while in survival mode. Great that there are many simple things that we can do to enhance our well-being without spending much, both in terms of time and resources. For me, I like practicing meditation, always. Great post :)
Thank you friend. Being alive truly matters and it doesn't has to cost us much to enjoy things that contribute to our well being.
Sometimes we focus so much on work that we end up getting sick, mental health is a real thing, your mind can be the worst enemy, I try to exercise after work, it's something that helps me disconnect, I take a run at the park alone just to blank my mind after work, some times its just too much pressure from everything thats going on.
It's always important to prioritize our health, and in your case, I love what you do for self-care; exercising. I believe this is a great way to unwind. Keep it going
I always think about the future and in 15 years when Im 50 I still want to be able to run and do things, not complaining about my body every 5 min, we all getting older every day
I agree with your words.. but I don't think that in this society everyone can 'see' the right meaning and put it into practice! so it is an idea and point of view to be shared as much as possible in all ways!
Thank you. I also agree with you on the fact that not everyone would see the meaning in taking good care of ourselves first, but I believe there is more we can do to make a difference by sharing some of this useful information for right living
