I now have some difficulty in walking I somewhat walk like a zombie with my head a little tilted because my neck just receded down a bit plus my chin that also had gone bigger is touching my chest, and so I also cannot even look down so I just tilt my head from side to side just to see what is below.
I noticed that I always need a guide when I walk, and I get some relief in my breathing when I am holding unto something so I just thought of acquiring myself a walking cane so that it can at least help me go about my way without some help with my parents and without holding to other objects to support me while I walk.
My difficulty in breathing while I walk is caused by many factors, it is caused by my kyphosis which is crushing my internal organs especially my lungs, the extra fluid in my body because a dialysis patient doesn't pee anymore, any extra fluid will make them experience difficulty in breathing like in my cases which I do have a less capacity in holding extra fluid in my system.
My breathlessness might also include maybe a heart issue since I had been experiencing hypertension in this course of my condition. The last time I had a walking cane was this heavy stainless steel dust pan handle made for me by my father. It told him that it was heavier than I weight because it was indeed heavy. He even made it look like a cane since it has a curve handle by putting a rubber from the interior of the wheel of a racing bicycle to make it look like it has a rubber sole but it slips nonetheless because it doesn't cover the bottom of the cane so it slips. I end up guiding it that does the job of guiding me.
I am always looking for ways to ease my burden, this walking cane might be quite an investment but it will sure make my life easier for such basic life function such as walking.
