After almost two weeks without being able to go to the academy, since the studies, the exams and the delivery of works of the different subjects have been terrible, also the gym has me a little full and I did not have time. However, today, Wednesday, I took a few hours at night to share and learn with my group of friends and classmates from Jiu-jitsu classes. A very good class, where we start with stretching, in order to be able to do some resistance exercises and, best of all, some fights in order to spend a different time and do a little exercise. I will have to organize myself a bit and be able to finish the week with the jiu-jitsu classes.
Luego de casi dos semanas sin poder ir a la academia, ya que los estudios, los exámenes y la entrega de trabajos de las distintas materias han estado terrible, además el gimnasio me tiene un poco full y no me daba tiempo. Sin embargo, hoy miércoles me tomé algunas horas de la noche para ir a compartir y entrenar con mi grupo de amigos y compañeros de las clases de Jiu-jitsus. Una clase muy buena, donde comenzamos con el estiramiento, para así poder hacer algunos ejercicios de resistencia y lo mejor algunas luchas para así pasar un rato distinto y hacer un poco de ejercicio. Tendré que organizarme un poco y poder culminar la semana con las clases de jiu-jitsus.
