Indonesian Meatballs

Hello friends!
Today i would like to share one of my food experience. We ate the dinner at Dapuraya, it was a foodcourt in Pasaraya Grande Blok M, South Jakarta.
Here was the food court

There were many food stalls here.

The name was bakso benhil. Bakso means meatballs and benhil is an abbreviation of bendungan hilir, a name of an area in Central Jakarta.

What we bought

This one was the complete portion of the meatballs. It was bakso campur which means mixed meatball package. They gave a fried tofu meatball, two dumplings, a rough meatball, a meatball and a bit noodle also. The soup was also completed with tetelan (beef fat) which made it more delicious. It was so yummy. All were tasty and savory, but we added the chilli sauce, chilli paste and also sweet soy sauce to make it had the perfect combination of flavor, savory, a bit sweet, spicy and sour.

The price for the meatballs like what we ordered was 28,000 IDR for a portion.
