Hello, friends!
Today i would like to share one of my dessert experience. We went to the dessert booth which was located on 4th floor Pacific Place Mal - SCBD, South Jakarta. The name was Goola. Goola is a brand for the dessert which is owned and found by the 1st son of our president.

Here it was

Not a big booth, many others food and drink booths at the neighbourhood.
The booth only consisted of the serving desk which include the area where we bought on the left side (cashier) and where we picked up the order on the right side.

The menu

All were only dessert sold here.

What we ordered

This was es doger jeger (doger jeger iced). It contained ketan hijau (green sticky rice), tape (fermented cassava), young coconut meat and also coconut foam.

The flavor was sweet but not too sweet, it was also a bit sour and refreshing. All the ingredients were fresh. The coconut meat was yummy, it was in the right age so it was easy to swallow and delicious. You could see how my mom enjoyed it much last night to describe how tasty it was.

And also there was a small photo spot on the left.

The sentence written on the wall was semanis goola. It was indonesian and the meaning is as sweet as sugar.
Actually Indonesian word for sugar is gula, but goola has the same pronounciation with gula.
