Freshly baked Rose Mable cupcakes moist and beautifully marbled with cocoa and vanilla. Every bite contains a sweet mix of color and flavor!
Ingredients
•1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
•1 tsp baking powder
•¼ tsp salt
•½ cup (115g) butter, softened
•¾ cup (150g) sugar
•2 eggs
•1 tsp vanilla essence
•½ cup (120ml) milk
•Pink food coloring
•2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C
Take the cupcake tray with assemble cupcake liners.
Whisk together the dry iingrediens hat are flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until they are white, light and fluffy.
Add eggs one by one not both together, then vanilla.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk until combined.
Divide the batter into three portions:
Leave one plain whoch will be white.
Color one pink with a few drops of food coloring or add 1/4 teasp of powder color.
Mix cocoa powder into the third portion.
Spoon small amounts of each batter into the cupcake liners.
Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors for a marble effect.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving and removing the papers.

Rose essence
Cream cheese frosting
Edible gold flakes
