If your referral wants to remain anonymous, that is fine, they can wear a mask. See examples below, both are perfectly acecptable. Here’s a sample two different selfies which are both acceptable:

they can hide their identity completely by wearing a mask or costume, but yeah they still gotta take a photo with them holding up a sign. otherwise, we would get tons of cheaters…
