I found him on a rock, playing,
and for some reason I approached without thinking;
perhaps because he was too innocent,
in my eyes and to the touch.
So fragile, he kept playing
while watching me.
I took out my camera and froze his
curious gaze,
then his movements.
A little yellow speck, in a corner
of this vast world,
that still does not know danger
and sees everything as toys.
He does not run from me, because he is
growing thanks to humans.
For him, perhaps we are
not a threat.
I am curious to see how he will be
when he is an adult, the things he will do,
and his appearance.
Meanwhile, I smile
as I watch his little tail and expression.
He is so adorable that I fear
someone might want to steal him
from his owners for being so beautiful.

Sobre una roca lo encontré, jugaba,
y por alguna razón me acerqué sin pensarlo;
