Hebrew 11:1, faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
We should always believe in the word of God, our God is a faithful God, he is not a man that he should lie, as far we believe in his word and have faith, his words must surely come to pass.
There are people in the bible who had faith and it worked for them, we all know the story if Sarah who had faith and conceived a child called Isaac at her old age. There are many Christians who had faith, we should follow their footsteps.
It is not good to doubt God's word, Thomas in the bible doubted , John 20:25,26&27 he never believed that Jesus has resurrected unless he was shown an evidence, he wanted to see the print of the nail in his hand, it was when he confirmed it that he believed.
Never you doubt God's word, the Bible said, blessed are they who have not seen yet believe.
Faith is a powerful tool every believer must have, with faith we can achieve anything.
God told Abraham to leave his country and go to a land where he is going to show him, because his country people worshipped idols, they did not believe in God, Genesis 12:1, And the lord said unto Abraham get thee out of thy country and form thy kindred and from thy father's house unto s land I will show you. He believed and obeyed and blessed, because of his obedience and faith he was made father of all nations.
God really proved himself in Abraham and Sarah's life, he gave them a son st their old age, Sarah taught she was too old, but God has all declared it has to come to pass. Genesis 18:12, there Sarah laughed at herself, saying after I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord, my Lord been old also?
Some say God does not exist, but we know he exist because of the universe, he is the creator of the universe, without him there will be no life, the same way we do not see oxygen but believe that it exist, that how we believe in if God even if we can see him.
