Hello Foodies,
How do you feel when the weather treating you so well during Summer? Its an amazing feeling that you could ever had once you already suffering from hot weather. I'm enjoying this cloudy and cold weather these days. Its getting better right from after Eid days. Its kind of pre monsoon rains in our region and I want to enjoy every bit of it this time. Good weather with good company and a cup of hot coffee is all you need.
Yesterday was a bit cloudy day but I got some time and recorded a recipe from baking. My father-in-law wanted me to bake something for his second son because of his birthday on 5th July. He turned 26 this time, I believe. Well, I have few things at home to think what can I make for him. The marble muffins came into my mind so I prepped everything by using digital scale and start recording which took an hour of mine but the end result was pretty good. I clicked so many shots but sharing one here as a glimpse. I'll share its recipe soon here. Stay Tuned
I had a midnight craving for having cold coffee last night so I stepped out of my comfort zone and start putting things together for arranging a glass of cold coffee. I gathered everything that was needed to make a cold coffee. First off, turned on the red button of water dispenser to get hot water to ship my coffee. I used Nescafe classic coffee in powder form along with regular sugar to whipped up with a milk frother. Put a lot of ice cubes to the glass and pour cold milk on top of it then mixed with a glass straw.
