Easy Hummus Recipe

in #food9 years ago

Hey Steemian foodie,

Do you know that feeling when you're hungry and you don't have anything to eat and you're so lazy to cook something? Well, that's me today. But I need to eat something otherwise I'll become a little monster.

The easiest way would be to go to a bistro, but again I'm to lazy to go outside.
And then I thought "what about some delicious hummus"? I always have chickpeas and tahini in my house, for hard times like this.
What you'll need:
1 chickpeas canned
3 tablespoons tahini
Cumin
Salt and pepper
Chilli
Pomegranate and parsley for a fresh touch
Put the ingredients in a blender, except pomegranate and parsley, blend it until smooth and silky.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and parley.

Serve with flat bread chips.

Have a lazy Sunday,

I prefer canned chickpeas, it's easier to blend and the hummus is far more silky :)i will definitely try with that smoky paprika. Sounds delicious

also, i make this to go with my hummus! :) -

I love sweet potatoes!
