Weighted Ab Workout // Stacie D & The Yeti

Today we are getting busy with a weighted an workout!

Not too long ago Stacie D (@freedomtowrite) said that she was done messing around and wanted some no kidding abs.

We have always been a physical family, and the last few months we have been doing some great work. We have been lifting, walking, tabata, and resting. We have even paid more attention to what we are eating.

She started doing more research and came up with the fact that we needed more an muscle resistance training. A.K.A. weight training.

After some more googling she came back with a plan of how to add this weighted ab workout into out lifting routine. I love training, and she is pushing me to be better.

I hope you enjoy the video. We are having fun sharing our old school workouts with everyone. It is just body, steel, and results!
