When it comes to life and lifestyles, Homesteading is by far my favorite. We spent more than four and a half years homesteading in Southern Missouri, and it was amazing. There were so many different things that really were amazing, and we miss it.
We moved to the middle of nowhere and made a life for ourselves. We bought an abandoned cabin in the woods. The one bedroom little cabin had a dead red oak tree that had fallen through it's roof.
We spent several months clearing dead trees and trimming up little saplings. The land was covered in debris, but we had time. In the summer of 2018 we sold our homestead and hit the road. In just a few months we are going to be leaving this farm that we are currently helping on, and now is the time to start thinking about what's next. A homestead maybe?!
