It is interesting to know that efforts are being made in several quarters to find a lasting solution to this plague. I agree that we are close to the solution, and the world cannot wait to receive that news. I however forsee a battle of supremacy that WHO might be involved in when it comes to whose vaccine is released first.
We cant fight against this but we need to pray and get ourselves a vaccine,till then: we have to protect ourselves.

Although the path is long, I think yes... We are a little closer to getting there. But what "concerns" me is the amount of different vaccines that are being produced.
Those vaccines will be useless because the virus might evolve, do not forget even this form of life try to survive. It is a question to make money and force people to take it.

I seriously doubt that a vaccine will be found anytime soon. If we are to contain and eventually overcome the coronavirus, it will take a coordinated approach, one in which we might have to make some sacrifices for the greater good and for the well-being of all.
Unfortunately, some world leaders are incapable of organizing such a response, and certain citizens are refusing to take part in such a concerted effort. Let's hope wiser heads and responsible actors prevail.
@fucho80 first of all I want to say we have such a good lab in the worlds and still we cannot make a simple drug for this covid-19 is that possible , I have this thought or it might be a scam of big medical company who want to sell their products.
