Medium snails, habanero peppers, plum tomatoes, onion, Maggi cube, big stock cube, vegetable oil, Salt (to taste)T
How To Prepare Snail Meat
- When you buy the snail, you first wash the snail very well with alum, so as to stop the slimy nature of the snail.
The snails are cut into two equal halves

- Put the snail into a pot and add water, boil for minutes
- Add the stock and cube into the snail
source - Add the pepper and Tomatoes into the pot
*Add salt to taste
