Stretch the Piriformis

I have not seen this stretch before until now.

I have been keeping a close eye on this Instagram Yoga page, as you can tell from all my posts about the various stretches that I've been adding to my routine lately before bed and in the morning.

Stretching 2x a day like this has already given me some amazing benefits.

Mental clarity, relaxation and physical strength, to name a few.

My back has still been hurting from the injury I had recently, it's been great to get out of my chair and do a bunch more stretching lately!

The sciatic nerve is a common issue for people with low back pain.

If your pain runs down your leg, then this could be the very reason for that pain!

My back has been creaking a lot less since doing stretches such as this one on a more frequent basis!
