  The said truth that the Dobbs decision gave more power to the 14th Amendment back to the states rather than to the federal government. A lot of these issues specially the ones were conceiving of gender affirm care is going to be greatly damaged by the fact that it&#039;s not up to the federal government, but states to make that affirming care. To challenge to the medicine, which would be illegal in some states could probably fall under Article 1, &sect; 8, Clause 3 of the constitution would I my opinion create a case of political (federal) question in the federal courts to hear a case of gender affirm care.   It has been about 14th months since I have filed a lawsuit against the Ohio Bar admission

  It has been about 14th months since I have filed a lawsuit against the Ohio Bar admission office. I stilling waiting on the the district judge to issues his ruling over the case; however, I&#039;m have been working hard on appeal, if on does happen, to the 6th circuit court of appeal.
