I must admit I was stumped when I saw today's prompt. (No rhyming intended. LOL!) Wildfires.. reminds me of what's happening to the Amazon Rainforest at the moment. I sure hope that proper authorities are already doing something about it.
On the other hand, I'd like to look at wildfires symbolically. They are scary and even destructive. However, sometimes they may bring about rebirth -- a form of revitalizing something that was burnt to ashes, like a phoenix that rises from the ashes. In life, we sometimes go through wildfires, and when we survive, we come out better and stronger. Perhaps the key is not to be completely destroyed by these wildfires. For what remains may give birth to something more beautiful. It's just a matter of attitude.
