Yummy & Healthy "Gajar Ka Halwa" : Carrot Halwa Recipe with 22 snaps step wise

Namaste🙏 Dear Friends, Today I'm going to share with you Healthy, delicious and tasty sweet recipe " Carrot Halwa Recipe " step by step and sharing images, so that you can easily make it without any Hussle. it took time to complete the process. In this recipe, i used our traditional method to make it through milk, there are many varieties of “Carrot Halwa” can be made by adding various dry fruits and other different style.

It is healthy sweet dish and in India it is used after dinner or in any festival or party time, in cold session it will get easily on market sweet shops.

ingredients

  1. One litter full cream milk
  2. Ghee 200g (clarified butter)
  3. 2Kg Carrot
  4. Sugar 250g
  5. Cardamom seed power half teaspoon
  6. dry fruits as per need

Making process Instructions
Clean the carrot and grate it finely as shown on picture & keep is aside.

IF like grate dry fruits, else keep it whole…

First you took a deep pan and keep it on medium flame and add Ghee (clarified butter) on it.
After heating the Ghee add grated carrot and saute well.

Mix it well for 10 minutes or until it will change color.

Now add milk in it and give a good stir and boil it for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

once the milk mixed on it, now add sugar and add dry fruits on it

Now mix it well and cook until the sugar dissolves and thickens the halwa

After few minutes cooking the halwa thickens and ghee releases from sides. Now your halwa recipe is ready.

Carrot halwa is best while having hot and again mix some dry fruits over it.

Hello, I think this stuff looks really fresh, but I guess you are posting it into the wrong community. Since Leo is for financial topics, this does not really fit well.
