Did you get angry? Does your temperament go rocket when you listen to something against you? Or someone cheats you for no reason? There could be many reasons to be angry or mad about the critical situation. Anger isn't good at all for your health. Keep calm once you went through such situations. Keep in check on anger. Here I would like to share some tips which I usually follow to control my angry feelings. Here you go,

Think Hundreds time before Speak

I know you won't even think about it once you get mad at someone but I would rather suggest you to get some time and think when you speak about anything in front of someone. The situation going to be worse if you don't handle it wisely. Be cool and think..

Do some physical move

If you get mad when you sit on the place then stand-up and walk a bit to overcome the angry feelings. I make you sure that you will be shocked to see the improvement in your mood.

Identify the matter

You should be aware of the actual situation which you have been gone through. Is that situation really does matter to you? or you are getting something wrong. You should identify it before getting mad on it.
