Paintings on walls

Hi, guys!

I'm still recovering from being in a psychiatric hospital for a month, and every week I try to add some new activity in order to get life back on track. To be honest, I thought it would be easier, but it turned out to be very difficult. I constantly face resistance from both the body and the brain, but I do not lose hope that everything will work out.

By the way, when I told a support group for people with manic-depressive psychosis that I would most likely be hospitalized, the guys immediately said that it would take a long and tedious recovery later. But since I was in an acute condition and the drugs that I needed were illegal to use outside the hospital, I still had to go. For a month now, I've been going to write a big post about how it was, and I still can't make up my mind. But sooner or later I will definitely do it, and at the same time I will show all the pictures that I drew during the exacerbation.

But for now, I'm mostly busy getting my life back to normal, and now I'm already doing it easier and faster than a few weeks ago. Last week I added daily sports activities, and this week I added walks. I even printed out a large calendar with cells to mark every day what I managed to do from the planned classes, and so far the plate looks pretty good. It started with the fact that I made one small one to celebrate sports activities, and now there are already seven points in it. I don’t think more is needed, because even if you spend one hour on each lesson, that’s seven hours.

But if you go back to walking. So far, this is not very much. I get an average of 5000 steps. Compared to the 20,000 that I easily passed before, this is very little, but I agreed with myself that I would increase the load gradually. My dog is delighted, of course. And look what a cute wall painting we found today while walking:
