Hola Hivers nuevamente me encuentro con ustedes para compartir la quinta parte del blogging Challenge creada por @surrealfia donde durante 30 días compartiré con ustedes mi contenido diario sobre cada pregunta de este reto.
Un jefe es una persona que tiene la autoridad y el poder sobre un grupo de personas para dirigir y supervisar las actividades de trabajo, posee el conocimiento y tiene las herramientas necesarias para poder hacer de manera más eficiente el trabajo en equipo.
Sin embargo, un líder se caracteriza por ser una persona que orienta y delega funciones a todo su equipo de trabajo por igual, es coherente y se dedica a hacer crecer a su gente, mediante la enseñanza de conocimientos, haciendo de esta manera que los resultados sean los mejores junto a el equipo de trabajo.
De lo que sí estoy segura es que siempre la persona que dirige o supervisa un equipo de trabajo debe ser cooperativo, coherente, responsable, compromiso, pasión, confianza, experiencia, conocimiento, pero sobre todo lo más importante buena comunicación.
Si yo fuese la jefa, trataría a mis compañeros y subordinados de la mejor manera posible, estableciendo lazos de confianza, lealtad y compromiso como equipo, haciéndolos sentir que existe una buena amistad pero con límites que se deben respetar y tener en cuenta a la hora de cualquier situación, ya que por ahí siempre he escuchado que entre más confianza más respeto.

Hi Hivers again I am meeting with you to share the fifth part of the blogging Challenge created by @surrealfia where for 30 days I will share with you my daily content on each question of this challenge.
A boss is a person who has the authority and power over a group of people to direct and supervise work activities, has the knowledge and has the necessary tools to be able to do teamwork more efficiently.
However, a leader is characterized by being a person who guides and delegates functions to his entire work team equally, is consistent and is dedicated to making his people grow, by teaching knowledge, thus making the results be the best together with the work team.
What I am sure of is that the person who directs or supervises a work team must always be cooperative, consistent, responsible, commitment, passion, trust, experience, knowledge, but above all good communication.
If I were the boss, I would treat my colleagues and subordinates in the best possible way, establishing bonds of trust, loyalty and commitment as a team, making them feel that there is a good friendship but with limits that must be respected and taken into account at the time of any situation, since out there I have always heard that the more trust, the more respect.
