I must confess that I had doubts, fears, and worries at first. I needed to challenge myself, I felt like there was a need for me to do more just like I'm feeling now. I needed to find a way to move to a level I'd never reached before.
My doubts kept tormenting me.
Are you sure you can do it? Even if you start, will you be able to keep up? Are you sure people will like what you write? Wait! Are you sure you should be doing this? I think you should just zero your mind from this.
My fears and worries were like; What if all you write makes no sense? What if your readers don't understand you? What if it isn't interesting? What if no one likes what you write? What if you get no attention? What if you can achieve this goal? Phew!
I've had to question myself about a lot of things because I couldn't trust and believe in myself. I felt like I am no match at all. There are better writers and I wonder what I will write that those writers haven't written.
Nevertheless, I had to stand firm and not give in to my fears. I said to myself that I'm going to get on with what I have to do, I'm just to go with the flow and have fun.
I had fun joining as much challenge and contest that I could join. I wrote in the ladiesofhive community, proofofbrain, make up power, foodiebee, love and sexuality for the first time I published a post in the hive open mic, and Cinetv community.
I went on to set a goal. I have been eyeing a badge from @hivebuzz which is the buzzy bee. Ever since I became active after months of bringing proactively, I have never been consistent enough to get the badge hence my goal.
