This is probably the first of the tomes with significant shortages, so I will allow myself to post it all in one post. But it is interesting nonetheless. There is such a branch of art as poster art and I think that Poland has made some good contributions to culture in this field. I don't know if posters from other countries have the same or different style, but on the first page a poster-style stamp caught my attention. Simplicity of message. You know which one I mean. Until I entered the phrase 'Polish poster' in the search engine and the website https://plakatpolski.pl/ popped up, which confirmed my suspicions a bit and that I wasn't talking nonsense. Then please pay attention to the Olympic series. The photos don't do it justice, but the athletes' figures are convex and three-dimensional. Also in poster style. The times of the Polish People's Republic were often called the time of communism, which is associated with the elimination of all manifestations of religion. On page 7 a series devoted to the wooden altar by Wit Stwosz in the Church of St. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Krakow (St. Mary's Church) places religious symbols in the first place. He boasts about them. I find these undersized stamps with the Polish armada of industrial ships interesting.

Jest to chyba pierwszy z klaserów ze znaczącymi pustkami, dlatego pozwolę sobie wrzucić go całego w jednym poście. A jest niemniej ciekawy. Jest taka gałąź sztuki jak sztuka plakatu i wydaje mi się, że Polska ma trochę dobrego wkładu w kulturę na tej niwie. Nie wiem czy plakaty innych krajów mają taki sam czy inny styl, ale już na pierwszej stronie moją uwagę przykuł znaczek utrzymany w stylu plakatowym. Prostota przekazu. Wiecie, o który mi chodzi. Aż wpisałem w wyszukiwarce hasło 'polski plakat' i wyskoczyła strona https://plakatpolski.pl/, która trochę utwierdziła mnie w moich przeczuciach i że wcale nie bredzę od rzeczy. Następnie zwróćcie proszę uwagę na serię olimpijską. Zdjęcia tego nie oddadzą, ale figury sportowców są wypukłe, trójwymiarowe. Również utrzymane w konwencji plakatowej. Czasy PRL były często określane czasem komunizmu, a ten kojarzy się raczej z rugowaniem jakichkolwiek przejawów religii. Natomiast na str 7 seria poświęcona drewnianemu ołtarzowi autorstwa Wita Stwosza w Kościele pw. Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Krakowie (Kościół Mariacki) umieszcza symbole religijne na pierwszym miejscu. Chwali się nimi. Ciekawe wydają mi się te niewymiarowe znaczki z polską armadą statków przemysłowych.

Well, you posted in the right community as this is a great collection; the condition of these stamps is incredible and the art on each one is beautiful. Every country has great references in their stamps but I think you hardly see this art form anymore, at least on this side of the world hehe.
The olympic stamps are great, I liked the birds and insects and the others are impressive for the level of detail they have considering their size.
