Finally Steemit can see what I look like! Yes I do run around in odd clothes including cowboy hats, however I had horses for many years so it feels right! Yes I do wear odd and totally unique clothes… it’s always been my way!
Here is a video I made of me cooking a yellow lentil stew and pickles over the fire-pit in Cambodia. As usual I have sped the process up x 2, added some music and a voice over so you don’t have to listen to me rambling on!
The ingredients for the lentil stew were:
- extra virgin olive oil
- potato
- carrot
- onion
- tomato
- a chilli
- stock
- red lentils
- Kampot salt and pepper
The ingredients for the lentil stew were:

- onion
- Kampot pepper and salt
- red wine vinegar
What made me pleased was it was all completely eaten with one diner even going back for a third helping!
Anything else I may have forgotten but this is just how I like to cook sometimes! 😉
