I'm thinking about giving mods and admins in my Discord server more power. I'm wondering if I should edit the permissions to the 30 main roles and chat level channels. I'm looking for ambassadors and representatives to relay Oatmeal news to everybody on Discord, etc. Waffen SS. Don't tell Eminem. Masters can timeout members currently in my Discord server, there are 81 masters. 01:44 PM. Don't tell Obama. Gods in my Discord server can manage roles and create expressions, there are 14 gods, they can promote and demote members to give them more or less power, control, in running the server, in managing, controlling, governing, the permissions, in guiding. Don't tell anybody. I'm still tinkering at the settings in my Discord server, I'm open to suggestions, I may be editing permissions for roles and channels, I may be moving people around, I may be promoting, demoting, I may be changing how much power different roles may have. Russian Disinformation. I'm looking for partners who like what I do who want to help run my Discord server out of a desire to train other people to become Original Oatmeal Creators. There are 143 mods in my group. I'm looking for those who share in my visions, goals, dreams. I'm looking for partners. What you get, if you qualify, is my endorsement which may grow over time. I'm still monitoring my Discord server all the time for now until I feel like I can pass the torch to others who can keep an eye on it. I've been spending some time evaluating my entire life before I have my midlife crisis as I'm currently 38. Transition time. Trolls run my Discord server. It seems like most of the 200 members are trying to scare away new people, I've decided not to try to pull out all the weeds at least for now, the back and forth drama is crazy, those invested in Oatmeal lore may be given the keys to the kingdom. 2 things. First, my Discord server is full of like 200 trolls who sent police to my house in an attempt to murder or imprison me while framing me. Second, many of the mods and admins end up being too aggressive muting, in timing people out for a week, in deleting messages. My plan starting in October of 2023. For my Discord server, I'll continue monitoring chat channels. But I may not be talking a lot about Discord. Right now, I am data dumping info relating to my Discord and everything for the record; been doing this almost daily for months. I put out data for the record. I was searching for people to partner with me in my endeavors and projects which goes way beyond just Discord or even TikTok. But it may be that some of my tactics are apparently not effective or efficient enough, I'm evaluating all of that. 03:39 PM. Here's my dream. To hire producers who could not only run my Discord servers, other groups, social media, websites, video platforms, offline entities, projects, meet-ups, etc. But I'm also looking for producers who will carefully train and develop my mods, admins, gods, etc. It's crazy. Many of the 200 members on my Discord server don't know me, they don't watch my YouTube Videos, they barely glance at my TikTok, they don't read my articles, they don't view my memes or photos, they don't research my life or the context of what I talk about, etc. My perspective. Jay Leno and Steven Crowder talked about it. In comedy, it's good to not assume your audience knows you. Go to new venues. Try to earn their laugh. Likewise, I'm trying to apply this mindset for my own life, I'm guilty of too many things, time to start over. If you qualify. As a ruler, you will be able to get everybody on my Discord server and other places to engage not just in oatmeal related matters but also in other topics as well. The day may come where I may only be monitoring my Discord once a month or once a year. Move. Advice to admins. When governing my Discord server, stop being so quick to mute people. Don't just timeout people for like free speech. Some exceptions might apply. But try to warn. Try to demote them to a prison channel. Put on slow mode. Try different things before banning. Balancing life. I might be tweeting too much on Elon Musk's Twitter X. But I really wanted to dump off some of my thoughts here, like an Edward Snowden data download. In my mind, I'm thinking I have to spend less time in the different rooms of my life. I got to figure it out. 04:13 PM. Swatting is trending. Trolls in my Discord server had cops raid my house. I want to put out better video and articles outlining my recent tweets. In the future, I can just point to them as reference to avoid repeating my thoughts. I got to get serious about restarting it all. Governing Oatmeal. Some of the roles, especially Gods, currently have the power to manage roles to promote and demote members up and down. We should probably talk strategy relating to the art of knowing who to promote and demote. It's a tricky subject. Many factors involved. 05:46 PM. Blueface Oatmeal. I'm boycotting my own Discord server, I'm holding myself ransom, bail is set at 300. Purpose of my poll is to establish proof there is enough interest in my interaction, my time. If you can get 300 accounts to click thumbs up in that poll, then can we talk. 06:38 PM. Paradox. I wanted my Discord server to be a safe space but also a public town square for debates which increases risk in offending. I spent probably too much time experimenting as I was trying to build my server, it seems like most of the 200 members who joined were TROLLS. Remind me. I need to make better videos and articles detailing some of my goals for my Discord servers, my other groups, social media, video platforms, blogs, websites, offline meet-ups, projects, work, missions, logs, endeavors. Note, divide between my older & newer projects. The 80/20 Rule. Focus 80% of your time and everything on whatever works the best. I may be guilty of not following this rule. My advice is to commit to a 80/20 focus for a period of time. After said contract is expired, reevaluate and then write up a new contract to explore.

Perhaps he made bad decisions past week or longer to here at the age of like 75 or whatever it is. Born like 1948 or something. Maybe problems with the kidney and or whichever organs. Breakfast, 11:16 AM. I picked green beans, over a small container, in the rain around noon to 01:10 PM, Walmart came with like 4 groceries sacks, a couple. I brought it in. Lunch, 01:13 PM. Dinner, 03:52 PM. Dishes around 04:15 PM to 05:20 PM included recycling, skipped compost, mail, had umbrella in the rain, then the dishes. And again more dishes around 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, orange, 11:16 AM. Lunch: potatoes with tomatoes, 01:13 PM. Dinner: soup chili with rice, spicy, it was good, 03:52 PM. Yogurt, 07:30 PM.
