Too often they remove too much out of food (milk) in the name of safety. White bread is another example of how they extract excessively things. The body generally does better when it's given everything together within the context of the design therein which may include bacteria.

I'm not on the side of Israel or Palestine because these are false labels, I'm pro civilians (pawns) on both sides. Rothschild bought up land in 1906. League of Nations (pre-UN) put Palestine (pre-1948 Israel) under the temporary care of Great Britain.

Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 11:30 AM, vegetable like stuff in my bowl into tumbler, wet out, cloudy, they went off to a clinic for his rash. Breakfast, 12:00 PM. Lunch, 01:05 PM. They got back around like 3. Food in from car. Garbage. Recycling. Compost dirt. Dishes. Cottage cheese into RV. Dinner, 04:00 PM. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, orange, 12:00 PM. Lunch: banana bread, 01:05 PM. Dinner: toasted bagel with roasted red pepper hummus, 04:00 PM. More food around 8, rice, potatoes, tomatoes, and yogurt.

If you don't hear from me in a long time, I was possibly robbed, attacked, imprisoned, murdered, destroyed, etc. I will NOT kill myself. I will NEVER commit suicide. There is a lot of fake news about me online. People had police swat us. People sent unpaid pizza to our house. People are spreading fake nudes of me.
