Welcome to Oatmeal Daily with your host, me, Oatmeal Joey Arnold, each day, I publish/syndicate these entries/posts/articles/web pages/stories/etc, to websites/blockchain/social media/email/etc. This is mostly a personal blog/vlog/diary/journal/autobiography/outline/news. I teach class sometimes at night. However, some of this may be useful, applicable, inspirational, educational, entertaining, etc. Boring/mundane daily template log. I've included my watch log near the bottom of this post listing some of the videos I've viewed. At the very bottom are some of my favorite links worth sharing. I got up at 07:50 AM. Mom took out the plastic bag with holes of carrots, I dumped out the front garage blue cooler, while Larry was saying no while on his computer probably playing games as a way to wake up saying no to his game as a funny thing some might say that he does in life. You might think he is saying no to you or me but is probably trying to be funny or is talking to his game kind of thing. He likes puns and making up words. Breakfast, 08:15 AM. Mom brought a stool but forgot her car keys meaning she had to borrow Larry's keys which she sometimes forgets things including keys. I try to remember and keep an eye on what she might forget as we go usually at 08:50 AM. Big guy told me about gardening, ask me about ours, we talked. Sunday school, Matthew 12, 13. Shawn tripped while putting back a table. We do that at the end around 10:30 PM. Ears popping, blow nose but out of ears as usual a few times a day or less for months now. I mentioned that a few times especially starting last year in 2023 and less often previous years before that is my guess, go see those posts for more info. Nate did a sermon on prayer. He gave a good illustration. You pray before making decisions. You might want to go see your friends in Oregon even if they're sick, you might get a migraine, you might get bad thoughts while sleeping which might not be yours. A win-win situation is where you pray until you fall asleep. If Satan doesn't want you to sleep, maybe he will leave or help you sleep, assuming there is a devil. Regardless of if you believe in God or not, praying to God only helps even if there is no God. The act of prayer is a type of meditation on a spiritual level which has value. But sleep also has prayer. So, you can do both. Why wait to fall asleep when you can pray until you sleep. Then you can practice discipline without being too hard on yourself. Your body will fall asleep when it had enough of your praying. People can benefit from this as they may never pray or not often. I talked to Ted about how he had his brother or whatever screwed the bumper or whatever onto Ted's car, we talked about how chrome plastic goes onto like copper which goes onto something else which goes on the steel frame. Lunch, 12:30 PM. Then we went home, sunny day. 2 dozen eggs into RV. I was thinking about writing about my five transitions meaning every five years and the fifth starting next year when I turn 40 years old. Also thinking about writing how I was wrong to end classes in Vietnam a few times like the one in Tan Phu which ended in October of 2014. Put strings on for peas. Dishes. Dinner, 06:00 PM. Watched a little of Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, apple, yogurt, banana 08:15 AM. Lunch: Nestle Sensations Frosted Flakes Cereal Flavor Milk, lowfat milk, vitamins A&D, 14 FL OZ, 12:30 PM. Excellent boiled egg, 01:10 PM. Dinner: soup, 3 English muffins with humus, 06:00 PM.
