Apple TV sci-fi drama was a bit slow but intriguing. I was on the edge of my recliner wondering if it would be killer zombies or aliens but it turns out the signal was a recipe for how to alter DNA or RNA to create the literal Borg from Star Trek, spoiler alert. I was wondering how the writer chick would survive, her friend or sister didn't. Sort of like an AI take over.

Lunch: green beans rice soup with mom hand picked vitamins as usual since like October 2025 as I would usually do it myself before that for years on average as she would just suggest which pills and I would take them but now she is picking them to help her think, 12:46 PM. More soup, 04:00 PM. Dinner: boiled egg and two chicken sticks on garlic and a grilled or well a biscuit, 11:00 PM.
