  어제 새벽에 일찍일어나서 한시간정도 운동 하고 집에와서 햐를 시작했습니다 점심식사 후 산책을 했습니다 퇴근하면서 보는 전경이 새롭네요 하늘을 보며 퇴근했네요 오늘의 명언입니다 어젠 상당히 많이 걸었네요 오늘 불금인데 불타는 금요일 되게 신나게 보네요
