The mountains Skjomenfjellet.
Easy access mountains. After hydropower development in the early seventies, many km of roads were build inward of these mountain areas. During the summer and fall, these roads are widely used by mountain people, hikers, fishermen, hunters and berry pickers. Today I was in different areas to see if it was ripe berries. Some random pictures from the trip.

Thank you, had to check out some cloudberry places but there was nothing. There was a lot of crow berries. In the end some rain. I see there was a good catch of cloudberries in the mountains of Nygårdsfjellet.👍
Yes we was lucky, the berriesbegin to be ripe no.

I am in love with the pictures. I actually just posted about my hike to Pulpit Rock, I was there in August 2015. It's still one of the best days of my life, but it seems it's just one of the hundreds of stunning hikes in Norway.
