Si hay una cosa que siempre me emociona hacer es reciclar prendas de ropa y convertirlas en algo totalmente nuevo e incluso diferente, hace unos días un tío me paso unos monos de uniforme viejos y me pidió si de allí hacer unas fundas para unos cojines y eso exactamente es lo que les mostrare el día de hoy, vamos a transformar unos monos deportivos que eran parte de un uniforme en unas fundas para cojines supe útiles.

If there is one thing that always excites me to do is to recycle clothes and turn them into something totally new and even different, a few days ago a guy passed me some old uniform overalls and asked me to make some cushion covers and that's exactly what I will show you today, we are going to transform some sports overalls that were part of a uniform into some very useful cushion covers.

• Monos deportivos.
• Cinta Métrica.
• Tijeras.
• Hilo.
• Aguja o Máquina de coser.

• Sports overalls.
• Tape measure.
• Scissors.
• Thread.
• Needle or sewing machine.

🧵 COMENCEMOS || LET'S GET STARTED 🧵

Lo primero que hice fue con la tijera abrir el mono por toda el área de la entrepierna y luego por la parte central para así tener mis dos piezas de tela.

The first thing I did was to use the scissors to open the jumpsuit all around the crotch area and then in the middle so that I would have my two pieces of fabric.

Después de esto procedí a cortar las fundas, el tamaño dependerá de ustedes, yo corte una funda para un cojín grande y otra para una almohada pequeñas.

After this I proceeded to cut the covers, the size will depend on you, I cut one cover for a large cushion and one for a small pillow.

Con las piezas cortadas me pase a coserlas, estas serán unas fundas sencillas así que para coserlas lo único que hice fue enfrentar los derechos de tela y coser por 3 de sus lados añadiendo costura zigzag.

With the pieces cut, I sewed them together, these will be simple cases so all I did was to face the fabric rights and sew on 3 sides adding zigzag stitching.

Con estos lados unidos ya lo que resta es hacer un pequeño ruedo en la parte superior.

With these sides joined, the only thing left to do is to make a small roll at the top.

LISTOOOOO!!!!👏👏, esta transformación está completamente terminada, como ven de dos monos deportivos logramos obtener 4 fundas, 2 pequeñas y 2 grandes, y con esto le di una segunda vida útil a una prenda que ya estaba destinada al desecho.

READY!!!!👏👏, this transformation is completely finished, as you can see, from two sports overalls we managed to obtain 4 covers, 2 small and 2 large, and with this I gave a second life to a garment that was already destined to be discarded.
