Wow!! That looks good. My breakfast sandwiches look like a sloppy mess, and usually turn into a salad and bread type situation about half way through. That one, though, looks stable as hell! Haha

I add 1 tsp coconut sugar and use yogurt in place of the cream cheese! Enjoy!
