有点剧荒，重温了一下老片子《千钧一发》，却突然发现和《美丽新世界》的立意出奇的一致。两者都是立意于人种基因优选，强者生存。何为强者，从基因中测试。
《美丽新世界》的立意上更深远些，故事有点枯燥，和《1984》类似，被认为是反乌托邦的代表作。《千钧一发》也有类似的设定，不过有很强的故事情节。虽然是部老片，但现在看来，还是挺新的。
文森特是个基因残缺的人但身体健全，杰罗姆是基因优秀但身体残疾的人，出于特殊的目的，文森特冒充了杰罗姆的身份基因。于是，整个故事开始了....
其实故事的真正荒谬性也正在于此：基因决定论！优秀基因的人就一定是优秀的人吗？
影片对于人性和社会的反思还是蛮深刻的，于严肃中娱乐性也不错。
