Your friend Sam is right. Property is one of the safest investments of all. Especially when you rent it, even if you don’t it gives you an appreciation. There were and there will always be housing crashes when it comes to price, but as long as inflation exists and population is growing it will always come back. I agree, investing in property as a business requires education and creativity with no emotions involved. Keep up the great work @louisthomas.
Starting right before financial and housing crisis ten years ago especially when house and property prices plummeted was not a bad thing in my opinion. I personally purchased my house in 2011 and honestly it was one of the best investment I’ve ever made. Sam must have had a great mentor. To buy property with no money requires a lot of courage. To buy property by using others people money is actually a great idea as long as there are people with money and willing to actually lend you the money. Great interview!

You introduced him to us in the afternoon and it was delight to listen t what he had to say. Although I do not trust the regular markets in general (real estate included) but I also understand that there are profits to be made those who are wiling to take that risk and be smart about it.
I'm not so interested in property at the moment, but I really like your interview videos. Good to get different perspectives. Thank you.

Overtime I've come to realization that real estate is one of the safest investment to venture in.
But then, I've also thought that it requires a really huge capital to start up.

Investing in properties is capital incentives, but to be sincere is the viable, investing in properties is a good one because you meet people, there is no special time to invest in properties because it's appreciate in value as time goes on Samuel leed is a professional in this feed, he spoke well in the video interview, thank you for this post it shed more light on property investment @louisthomas.

Property ownership has become a religion in the UK leading to an over valuation in the house market which has been compounded by foreign speculation and the help to buy scheme.
Although it may be over valued I still see property as a good investment especially if you can afford to purchase without taking out any additional debt as you will still have somewhere to live and will probably be able to generate some rental income at the same time.
Loved this as my background is property finance and property is one of my favourite asset classes. While Crypto offers serious returns, the volatility is immense. Property is a relatively stable asset class that allows you to maximise your ROE due to the leverage available to investors.
