Primero debes descubrir que si te armonizas internamente con tu alma, tu corazón y tu mente, lograrás hacerlo externamente y podrás fluir por la vida lleno de gozo.
Hay tanto pánico y cambios bruscos que nos han llegado a afectar en los ultimos años, dejándonos desorientados, que cuando intentamos decir que estamos en equilibrio, realmente se vuelve una completa odisea para nosotros alcanzar dicho balance... Puede que uno se haya planificado en la vida para algo en específico o para pequeños proyectos en específicos que bruscamente la vida te ha intentado decir "No", "no va a funcionar" o te ha dado señales de espera y esto siendo justamente lo que no deseabas.
Pero entonces, el vivir el armonía es crucial para una existencia plena. 
Entregarte a aquello que te empuja la vida desde tu alma y corazón, pero ¿cómo se tiene claro lo que tu alma y corazón tienen alineado para ti? Hay que hacer una introspección detallada y minuciosa, hacia nosotros mismos, escucharnos y así toda esa energía fluirá con fortuna, dicha...
Exploremos nuestra esencia interior, eso se hace desde pequeñas acciones que logran inmensos cambios como, pensar en lo mejor para uno mismo. Pequeñas acciones que te hagan sentir bien, además de la meditación te ayudarán a esclarecer y desenpolvar las telarañas de tu yo interno, dándole un nuevo comienzo y al mismo tiempo armonizando con la sintonía de la transmutación.
Desde adentro hacia afuera.
El sonido de los ángeles te invita a equilibrar tu ser, ya basta del pánico, es momento de transformación y organización. Armonizate con lo que sientes dentro de ti, sin negar, sin ignorar, escúchate y deja que el universo te bendiga con una vida de fortuna e infortunio, ya que todo es parte del vivir. Cuando aceptamos tanto lo bueno como lo malo, armonizamos con nuestra paz interior, hacemos las paces con todo lo que somos al existir y nos fijamos en que el mundo superior nos bendecirá con una satisfacción personal constante.
Hay que hacer las paces con nuestro dolor, dejar armonizar con los diferentes colores y texturas de nuestros sentimientos al lienzo del ser.
Cada uno desde la energía del amor, puede armonizar y canalizar los más profundos llamados del interior. Decirle "Sí" al vivir, al existir con todo lo que venga en el transitar.

Coincido y busco alinear con la frase fluir. Es nuestro deber trabajar para conseguir esa armonía que haga estar en equilibrio con la sinfonía del universo. Pero como dices es un trabajo que se debe realizar vde forma paulatina.
