I agree, they are problems. There's a lot of talk happening on this subject at this point between the witnesses but no concrete answers as of yet. SteemDB won't solve those problems though :D

I think it's going to be exactly rhe same as steemit, with citations rewards and such so I'm sure there will be lots of bots and whatever else happening.
