Portrait - a gift

Hello everyone, I draw portraits to order from a photo. This is my work, a portrait of a colleague as a gift from the team. The portrait is made on thick paper, A3 format, pencil + charcoal pencil. Unfortunately, there are no step-by-step photos, the work is old.
