Huhm, to be honest this topic doesn't look simple even on the surface, well maybe for me. Because a lot of us has now build our life around tech and what it offers, now having to imagine a life without it going forward is something that's not so easy to grasp/imagine. Personally, I do a lot of things via my phone, talking of attending to customers, chatting friends and loved ones, I take orders via it, I also blog and do various stuffs with it, and all of these things are already s part of me, like they re my way of life already... So without technology, all of these things will be very difficult to do, and some of it won't even be possible anymore. And to be honest with you, it won't be so easy to adjust to, seriously.
Looking at it firm another perspective too, I think if such were to happen, and all of us have no access to technology and all that it offers, then to some extent we will cope and survive, we will begin to do more of face to face meetings, talks and am such as it was done in the olden days, also we will begin to go visiting each other more often instead of what we are used to which is to say hi via our phones. Also, it will also help us live a more comfortable and fulfilling life, in the sense that there will be less comparison, less pressure, less fake life and all that the Internet often showcases.
It won't be easy at first though, especially for me. Because I've to some extent build a lot of things that I don't technology, one of the reason is because I can't really do stressful works, and most of the physical works available are stressful and will have their toll on my health, so technology as to some extent help me to still stay active while being able to do little stuffs that I earn from. So, without technology I will to some extent struggle financially.
Also, even the little things we don't really pay much attention to will make life itself tiring for us at first, for instance when you realize you can no longer call, you can no longer do transfer, you can't learn skills online or check for the meaning of a thing.....all of these and many more won't be so easy to adapt to...
Personally, I won't wish that technology be taken away completely, so choosing is a bit somehow for me, but I will love if there's a balance though.

Am also a victim of using my phone for virtually everything, when I don't have data or recharge card on my phone it seems am empty, 😁 I personally pray situation where there would be a total blackout of technology would not occur
