Hola comunidad♡ Que tengan un excelente inicio de semana. Hoy les traigo un receta bastante rápida y deliciosa. Perfecta para el desayuno, merienda so cena. Se trata de panecillos con quesos, su elaboración es bastante peculiar pero muy rica.

| Harina de maíz 60g | Corn flour 60g |
| Queso rallado 300g | Grated cheese 300g |
| 2 Huevos | 2 eggs |
| Azúcar 40g | Sugar 40g |
| Una pizca de sal | A pinch of salt |
En un recipiente se agrega la harina de trigo, la harina de maíz.
In a bowl, add the wheat flour and corn flour.
Después se le agrega el queso, el azúcar y la pizca de sal.
Then add the cheese, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Por ultimo se le agregan los huevos y se mezclan todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa.
Finally, add the eggs and mix all the ingredients until a dough is formed.
Luego se realizan unas bolitas y se llevan al horno por 20 minutos aproximadamente y listo.
