Not much philosophy here. I think we can all compare life to a jigsaw puzzle sometimes. There comes a day when all the small parts are scattered everywhere and if you want to function you have to put the picture together. There are also times when the "picture" remains like a blank piece of paper. Or a stone. Empty, slightly bumpy but no image is there.

Usually, it is uncertainty - the future, which we do not know. When we put some lines there, like grids, it is easier to guide ourselves.

It still can fall apart... The parts should fit into each other, to hold together. Yes, like the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle, they need the rounded tabs - interjambs and the opposite, blanks.
No worries that it is a bit of a mess. When we put the important things in their places, the imperfect messy lines, in this case, the pencil drawing will disappear. Or at least, we will accept them easier.

Well, the next step in this recipe of how to assemble the life puzzle is to fill the pieces with things that are essential to you. Happiness, your family, love, peace, work, freedom, health, friends, home, financial stability...? For each one of us, they come in a different order. They can be represented by different colours, which contrast among them or are similar. Sometimes they don't seem to fit well, but we should not stop. That is also part of the fun.

Just keep adding the colours. The blank parts will also be filled, although they are still hiding from us. Maybe not in the moment we want to know, but the pieces will come into their place.

That is how this rock was - empty, but it slowly became a puzzle. Like life is:

The colours were there. Yay, I assembled the pieces of this little jigsaw puzzle, the only thing it needed was to strengthen the connection. What do you think, what would I use for that?

Yep - lines and dots. 😁
Btw, I wanted to outline the colours with a black acrylic marker but I lent it to my son... and got it back destroyed empty. It's fine, I used dark blue and a shiny yellow colour for the tiny dots.

This puzzle kindness rock will be a gift to one of my nieces who adores jigsaw puzzles. We used to assemble many of them, together, so I know she will love this little detail. I didn't use any colour as a base (lack of time as now I have to assemble some parts of another life puzzle into my day 😂) but it will get the transparent varnish when it is completely dry. Probably tomorrow.

Do you also think life is sometimes like a puzzle and we put together its important pieces? It should be fun, but I know, sometimes it is a struggle. We all know that. You might disagree, and it is also fine, in any case, you can let me know in the comment section. 😉

Oh dear, sounds like many arepuzzled by who you are; grandmama, or perhaps a grandpapa😂
Life indeed is like a puzzle, fabulous when the pieces fit together, but not so much when they fall apart, and even worse when one of the pieces goes missing!
But, overall, life is a wonderfully complex puzzle; it teaches us many lessons on how to live in harmony with the people we meet, and the world around us!
What a lovely gift for your niece, I'm sure this will stay with her forever🤗
Hahaha, dear @lizelle, if you knew how we laughed at this observation 😂 yes in the same post I got different titles
But it's just me 😉
Your words are very wise, thank you for your contribution. We all have our puzzle and the parts that we add and that are missing... but as you say, it teaches us lessons 😇
I sat here and chuckled like I'd lost all my marbles😅
I love the sentiment behind your puzzle rock💖
I am thinking, you are an allrounder, a talented young lady, but you are also a good philosopher. I am surprised an artist can paint the philosophy of life so easily and effortlessly. thank you dear @mipiano sharing this.
A Hug!
Maybe we are also like a jigsaw puzzle - made of different pieces - interests and skills. I don't consider myself good at painting but I so much enjoy doing these rocks. I am pretty sure you know the same feeling 😇
That is cool...do I see a side hustle starting?
Well... maybe it could/should be 😉
LOL!!!!
Excelente analogia entre la vida y un rompecabezas ...Ese rompecabezas en la piedra es una obra de arte!!
Gracias señor artista pinero 😇
jajaja....por nada mi querida colega..!
You started saying that there wasn't so much philosophy here, but there is 😂. I just loved this way of picturing life. And through it you just created something beautiful 🙌🏼.
Hahaha, true. I am guilty 😂
I wanted to focus just on the rock but well... it got out of control 😂
Gracias ;)
I like the words behind the image ma'am. 😊 It's relatable to me.😊 The process and the outcome.😊 Truly, you described life very well.😊 Thank you for sharing. Oh, life is always a puzzle and God always the one who completed it.😊
Sure it is. I have some blank pieces that hopefully will be colouring themselves in the future - I guess that feeling inspired me to make this rock today. It was not planned hahaha. Thank you @fixyetbroken for your comment 😇
I'm excited to read another thoughts about those blank rocks ma'am. 😊😊
You sure full of thoughts that even though it is not planned you write one.😄
You're welcome ma'am 😊
Yes, life is like a puzzle. Every atom has to assemble with those around him so that the universe continues to expand. The same with our cells. Even our own consciousness and memory resides in a puzzle of neurons that connect with each other in certain patterns. The kindness rock is beautiful, I’m sure your niece will love it. 😃❤️🤗
Your philosophy completed my one - which didn't start as a philosophy hahaha
Thank you, Paloma, I do hope she will like it 😇
Life is just that, and when you manage to fit all the pieces together is when you understand how it all works, I really identify with that stone, I love the message!😍
It can be seen in this way, yes ;) Let's hope we can assemble our daily jigsaw puzzles successfully today too ;)
I hope so, at least in my mind it's already mapped out! Hot day here!
Yes, life is like a jigsaw puzzle and I think it's an imperfect jigsaw puzzle because I think often the pieces don't fit together that well. I suspect I have no concrete examples, but it would have to be perfect to fit together and nothing is perfect.
I find it most beautiful that you painted this stone for a granddaughter. I am sure it will give her great pleasure!
Perfectly imperfect - let's do a fusion of terms. 😉 Maybe the parts don't have to fit perfectly, and they probably don't but that is where we adapt and do magic - to connect them in our own way, right? ;)
{it is for my niece - the daughter of my sister. I still don't have grandchildren 😁}
You couldn't paint anything more like life. Sometimes finding the right piece is very difficult but when you find it there is the satisfaction of filling in the gaps, connecting pieces. Beautiful gift for your niece...and yes, it is full of philosophy 😉. Un abrazo.
Muchas gracias, @mdrguez, it indeed gives satisfaction when we find the right piece that is missing. Maybe we will do real jigsaw puzzles too when I see my niece haha :D
Pieces, puzzles, connections and colors...life itself, it's a nice metaphorical way the one you used to get us there into your point of view and admire the concept of puzzled colored and uncolored life. Greetings.
Thank you @hdez781220
we can connect life experiences with many simple things, do the comparison and use them as metaphors. I suppose it is a common thing we humans do, but it helps us going through the life ;)
@tipu curate
Upvoted 👌 (Mana: 36/56) Liquid rewards.
Grazie 😇
I love the design you made on the rock
Life is indeed like a puzzle
Nice one!
Wow what beautiful art on a stone
Thanks :)
You're welcome
Good afternoon my brother and best wishes for today.
I'm pretty sure she is a sister, and not brother... 🤣😂🤣😂
😂
Good wishes to you too 👋
