Al & friend

in #friendship8 years ago (edited)

Today, I was reunited with an old friend that I met studying abroad in Paris! We giggled, ate delicious food, played some settlers of catan and had a great day..

MORE SIGNIFICANTLY:
Al made a new friend 😊

I’m so excited to show my human friend, Katherine, around the cape more tomorrow.. but watching al hang out with his new stuffed buddy has already been a major highlight of their visit.

More to come.

“I think this is the begining of a beautiful friendship”

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

“I think this is the begining of a beautiful friendship” .
It should be beginning instead of begining.

I am spelling beginning phonetically above ^ it is a stylistic and poetic choice. If any of my readers are confused as to the meaning of the word “begining,” and understand the word “beginning” I am truly sorry that you were taught such bogus strict grammar in your language studies.

😘

English is just a language. Come on, grammar, ortography etc exists to regulate the language and to make language precise and clear. Not to be overtly obsessed with.
